Jewelry returns and exchanges

Unworn jewelry in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Sized and engraved items are final sale.

To arrange a return, contact levantgoldandsilver@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions and arrange an insured return label. Please contact us before sending your jewelry back.

This policy applies to jewelry purchased through Levant Gold & Silver's jewelry storefront.
